Carpenters

Carpenters should be skilled to perform all or most of the following basic building construction duties, but are not limited to:

• Metal Framing
• Erect partitions
• Flooring
• Block work
• Plaster
• Finish carpentry
• Frame carpentry
• Rough carpentry
• Cement finishing
• Ceilings
• Drywall Installation
• Drywall finishing
• Paneling
• Trim
• Interior systems
• Finish Work
• Cabinetry

Requirements
• Hand and power tools
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle
• Be on call
• Work long hours, if necessary, with little or no notice.
• Work on weekends, if required
• Should enjoy doing accurate work
• Should have pride of craftsmanship
• The ability to work without close supervision
• Be able to adapt to a wide variety of conditions

Working Conditions
• Carpenters will work in a customer friendly environment.
• Carpenters usually work alone or around other construction tradesmen.
• Carpenters work indoors and outdoors.
• Sometimes work require some climbing, lifting, and carrying to perform their work.

Plumbers

Should be skilled to perform all or most of the following duties include but are not limited to:
• Faucets, pipes and fixture installation and repair
• Clear drain clog or blockage
• Plumbing for home addition
• Water Heater Installation and repair
• Sump Pump Repair

Requirements
• Hand and power tools
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle
• Be on call
• Work long hours, if necessary, with little or no notice.
• Work on weekends, if required
• Should enjoy doing accurate work
• Should have pride of craftsmanship
• The ability to work without close supervision
• Be able to adapt to a wide variety of conditions

• Troubleshooting

• Telephone system installation and repair

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle
• Be on call
• Work long hours, if necessary, with little or no notice.
• Work on weekends, if required
• Should enjoy doing accurate work
• Should have pride of craftsmanship
• The ability to work without close supervision
• Be able to adapt to a wide variety of conditions

Laborers range from unskilled to semi-skilled workers whose duties include but are not limited to:

• General Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing

Requirements
Laborers should be able to support other skilled craftsmen
Skills must be diversified
Willing to work
Must have basic reading and math skills
Have basic tools
Valid Drivers License
Reliable vehicle

• They work indoors and outdoors.
• Sometimes work require some climbing, lifting, and carrying to perform their work.
